Reverb is dead on my RD112-100

I have an MM RD112-100 (EL34's) and solid state pre-amp. My reverb seems to be dead - all I get is a faint "hum" when the footswitch is activated. Any suggestions on what I should look for? Help would be appreciated.

Don't worry ... fixed it. I took the reverb unit out and found that one of the wires to the output wasn't connected. Resoldered it and now everything is fine. Found the Accutronics website helpful (info found on this forum). Very useful ...

Can't seem to get my phaser working on my Rp 112-65. Any idea what may be wrong?

I Also have a Music Man RD112-100 and and until recently my reverb stopped working (it has) - I opened up the reverb up (everything appeared fine), then switched the rca jacks and still nothing. Any suggestions on what I should see inside? Anyone know the continutity/resistance? Basically any help please? Thanks.

Try this trick...
Take an RCA phono - to - RCA Phono cable and connect the Reverb In & Reverb Out jacks directly together. Turn the Reverb level control down all the way to "0".
Turn ON the amp, verify that you can play through it normally without reverb. If the reverb footswitch has the Reverb turned ON and the circuitry is working, you should be able to dial in MORE guitar signal when you increase the Reverb level control. If you can do this, but it doesn't work at all when your cable and reverb tank are connected, then your tank or cable is bad.
If turning up the control makes no difference in either footswitch position, then disconnect the footswitch and see if THAT makes any difference.
The footswitch turns OFF the reverb signal by basically shorting the Reverb output signal to ground when the switch closes. If it is stuck in this position, then you will never hear the reverb signal. Disconnecting the Reverb footswitch will help determine if you have a stuck switch.
If this is not the case and there is no additional guitar signal when the Reverb control is turned up, then it is most likely that either the signal drive TO the reverb tank is dead, or the signal input FROM the reverb tank is dead.
In either case, the amp will require some sort of repair as a component has died or there is a short in the system.
