Here is a link to Newark Electronics who sells replacements for the Vactrol LDR/Opto-isolators used in the 75 & 150 series amps. These would probably would work in the RP series as well.Newark Electronics: VTL5C

I’d like to revive this thread. I’m looking for LDRs for a RP100. These are listed as “VTL504” on the schematic. I can find absolutely nothing about them. It looks like VTL5C LDRs for the HD150 are available from many sources. The HD150 schemetic lists these as “VTL5C” but there are VTL5C1-5C4 versions of this. Does anybody know which one in the best replacement? Would these actually work in the RP100? Ewan

Hi Erwan,
I know it's a really old question but those VTL504 may just be a MM nickname for VTL5c4/2 (they have 5 PINs like the one we have in our beloved RP100 / RP65, and the schematics would fit too... It's just a question of value then) and the name is close enough. Note that I may unsolder the one in my RP65 in the next months and try to see if the reference is on the back of the component.
