Thank you, I also replaced my combo grille cloth as the old one was getting very brittle and splitting plus the original over long speaker bolts were also up against it, I cut those down to the correct size.
The grille cloth is silver/white/black fro StewMac and is a pretty good replacement. Nice to work with, it keeps shape when lining up the pattern.
My combo was in a poor state when I got it, unused for 3 years and stored in a basement! All the metalwork was badly tarnished, I had it all re-plated as I intend to keep it. Tolex was very dirty but scrubbed up well, couple of small nicks so not bad for a 45 year old cab.
The extension cab was a bit of fun keeping the same look with an angled design. Managed to get a lot of the hardware to match, only thing that eluded me was the handle end caps. Also don't need to bend down to reach the controls!
