How to replace neon BULB?

I have a replacement neon bulb, and I'm trying to put it in my 112 65, but i can't figure out how to open the lamp assembly! Should I just give up and order a new assembly? They're pretty cheap! I mostly am just curious - is it possible to open these assemblies and replace only the bulb? it's putting up quite a fight!

All help appreciated!

Buy a new one.

Great, I have a new one on the way. Does the assembly have to be wired in a certain way? Or can the white and black wires go to either terminal?

I just replaced one recently LEECRAFT Bulb. Its a sealed unit.
