83? HD130 Schematics?

Hi,
I just purchased a HD130 head. Upon arrival I discovered one of the tubes (6CA7's) not lighting. When I switched this tube to another socket to see if it was socket or tube problem, the fuse blew immediately.
I took the amp to my technician and he replaced the tubes with EL34s. When he touched the input a flame shot up from the second tube socket and the fuse blew. The cabinet is marked 83 in 2 places inside so I assume it is an 83 model?
Can anyone direct me to a website with the schematics for this amp? My tech needs to find out all the cap specs. BTW the amp worked when I first received it, just not as expected, I'm sure due to the dead tube. TIA
