115 65 1978 with 12AX7 Schematic request

Hey folks,
Trying to track down a schematic for a 1978 115 65 combo. THis is in a 2275 chassis and it has the 12AX7Phase Splitter.
All the schematics I can find have a SS phase splitter.

Does anyone have this schematic or a link to it online?
