RP112 100 WATT COMBO. no 16v+

Please help, I have a RP112 100 with no volume. I have exchanged all the electrolytic capacitors including those beneath the dog house, have set the bias to 25mv stroke 26 mv no problem but there appears to be no positive voltage to the opp amps, I have checked the positive rail for continuity and that is okay, where do I need to go now. This is version 1 board, on the schematic it shows 2 x 0.1uf capacitors associated to the diodes but I cannot find them. Must admit I am not an engineer but do have a little experience, so if anybody could help me sleep at night and point me in the right direction it would be very much appreciated.
