Sorry about the first post. Here is a picture from the mid-70's. It looks like Jon Paris (bassist) is also using a pair of MM heads (on the right).

Each of the times I saw Johnny Winter, he was also playing through MM amps. He played HD models with everything cranked to 10; always a great show!!!

Johnny played near here some months ago. Only used the firebird for one song and slide. Rest of the time some headless thing that WASN'T a Steiny. Still used a MM 4-10 I believe.
