Van Halen's RD-50s

Yes, I remember reading a very recent interview w/ Eddie Van Halen (I believe maybe last year) where he states regularly using a music man RD 50 in his studio for what he called clean electric sounds. Sorry I can't give a link, If I find the interview again, I'll post it.
