My MM has an EVM15L, it belonged to a steel player I worked with for years, (he died too soon)! It sounds great, I have also plugged a JBL 15 loaded cabinet in the aux, the sound is heavenly! Steel wants clean, maybe six-string not so much. Use clean, ie EV, Weber Michigan, Eminence EM12, and add pedals for the six-string sound you want.
