Replace HD130 Grill Cloth

Am I right in thinking that to change the grill cloth on a HD130 212 I will have to remove the face of the cabinet by removing screws from withing the back of the cabinet? The face is not Velcro attached like Fenders?

It wasn't until the 70's when Fender cheapened their cabinets, and started with the fixed baffle. They must have realized the error of their ways, as later years had screwed in baffles.
